Beginning in 1998, he served as the Regional Senior General Manager (ESTATES) for the Hyderabad division at Janachaitanya Housing Pvt Ltd, where he demonstrated leadership in managing diverse real estate projects. With a wealth of industry knowledge, he brings strategic insight to the helm, ensuring the company's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Mr. Atluri has been a maestro in land procurement since 1998, utilizing astute negotiation skills to secure prime locations for over 50 completed ventures. His passion for creative and functional design is evident in his contributions to the layout designs of these projects. Adept at navigating regulatory complexities, Mr. Atluri has been responsible for obtaining HMDA permissions from the government, ensuring seamless project execution within legal frameworks. As a site development maestro, he oversees the entire process, ensuring each project aligns with the envisioned quality and is completed within stipulated timelines.
